Carol held the role as the sole UX Designer on the RFP response team where she came up with a forward-thinking CX/UX omni-channel interactive design. T-Mobile's RFP specified a one-week immersive workshop as the final presentation model, which was also attended throughout the week by T-Mobile's product managers. The aim was to demonstrate TCS's collaborative strength and real-time code delivery capabilities. The team's unique CX/UX design, cross-team synergy, and competitive pricing led to the successful contract award.
